with fresh cucumber, sliced radish, and extra virgin olive oil

roasted cherry tomatoes, and harvest greens

Delicata squash cassoulet with sautéed wild mushroom,
roasted caramelized vegetables, local kale, and seasonal legumes

Braised lamb shank with roasted turnips
and a parmesan- autumn vegetable risotto
